Our representative is Ken Lane from Clayton of Kingsport. He listened to what we wanted and helped us to determine which house was best for us. Representatives from other locations told us “No” regarding some of our requests, but Ken was accommodating and found a way to say “Yes”. Ken was understanding when our land purchase fell through and we had to start over. He has been very responsive and kept us up to date with every step of our home purchasing experience. I would Highly recommend Ken Lane to anyone looking to buy a Clayton home.

I have been dealing with Ken Lane. This guy is great. He’s extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating. Ken follows up on everything! My wife and I are buying a home from him and honestly I’ve never had better customer service. We highly recommend him.
