  So glad we chose Clayton Homes of East Palatka to aid us in this home adventure!! We started looking at homes awhile ago , popping in once a month to get visuals and ask questions. Dylan Harris was the first to approach us and answer anything and show us different options. Neve once did he come off as a salesman. No pressure and when we kept "just looking" he never changed his demeanor towards us. He is who we contacted when we were ready to pull the trigger. Dylan has dealt with all my crazy questions and if he couldn't answer it he would figure it out and get back with us . Dylan made this whole process so easy. Definitely recommend him and his team at Clayton Homes.

  Spencer Aka Dylan made purchasing our home through Clayton a great experience. He was there to answer any questions we had (and we had a lot) :) without making us feel like we were a bother. He also gave us updates throughout the entire process. I highly recommend going to Clayton Homes and requesting Spencer, to make purchasing your new home stress free!

  Working with Dylan has been excellent and I expect to handle many more properties with him and his team. We had some issues with an appraisal and they went above and beyond to help me understand more advanced aspects of construction deals to make it work. I higly recommend Dylan and the Clayton team!

  We bought a home 2 years ago, it is very cheaply made. We were told that we would have someone back out here within 6 months to fix the cracks from the settling and no one came out. When we bought our home we were told we had a 5 year warranty and now we have cracks all thru out our house, base boards are cracking, the trim off our cabinets are falling off, our drawer in our kitchen has totally fell apart, the cabinets are crooked, all the walls are crooked and not straight, we are so upset over this. Clayton homes when we signed the contract told us we had a warranty and we called Clayton homes to fix all this a year into this and we were told from Clayton we have to call another company thru our mortgage company to get it fix. We called the so called “warranty company and it’s not a warranty it’s insurance on the home and insurance won’t cover it because the issue isn’t caused from a natural disaster like a hurricane, flooding a fire ect... We asked why we were told we had a warranty and they said that Clayton tells there customers that when buying a home but it’s actually insurance on your home. This was our first home and we were so excited but getting in was a crazy drawn out process that we know wasn’t all Clayton issue but we thought paying what we paid we wouldn’t have these issues in less then 2 years. Honestly if you do decide to buy a home thru Clayton, when you walk thru your home make sure you document and note all the issue are fixed before you take the keys because if not they will give you the keys and a mortgage payment you will get and that’s all you will get. A brand new home built in 2024 should’ve lasted longer then 2 years. Very disappointed in the outcome, and our first home my husband and I bought. Crazy how some reviews are the same issue.
