  Really didn’t want to put some of the issues out there since I’ve never bought a manufactured home and will not buy another one but here it goes due to still having issues . House was ordered August 2024, delivered January 28th, and not finished until April 2025. *Whoever dug the foundation doesn’t own a transit they just sloped the footings. *they poured the concrete for the footings when it was freezing temperatures see pic at 10:28am January 24th it was only 32 degrees from my trail cam and concrete froze causing weakness. The low was 14 degrees and the high was only 36 degrees . *February 15th the foundation had already cracked in numerous spots see video. *April 4th spare bathroom leaking from shower head and fixture in tub, soaking floor, see video *clayton came out patched masonry joints *4/4 clayton came out replaced tub fixture and tightened shower head and said their water moisture meter said wall was fine free of moisture, I called B/S on 4/4 due to my experience in construction, I ended up being correct see pic of damages *July 25th couple months goes by I return to the house and foundation is cracking in other spots *July 25th see pic damages to spare bathroom leaking from water leaks There are many other issues that I just fixed on my own due to like concrete around large rear deck support poles, no power to microwave, no power to several outlets, boards came off rear deck, and I could go on. They are supposed to come out next to discuss repairs , oh and company never handled title and now I have to prove I’m me and get a notarized form saying that I live where I live to get the title. What a joke!! Now I understand why I’ve always stick built all my houses back home!!!!

  Asked for a quote and was told have to give 2,500 deposit first. after deposit they tried to sell us a home listed for 90k online for 110k. communication was great up until they got deposit then no communication unless i reached out. They when asked for return of deposit was told i would have to wait for paper check. "we paid we credit card" 2 week later and still no refund of deposit..

  Do not use these people, find other builders. Lack of communication and subcontractors aren't much better. Work has to constantly be redone and will left you with a damaged home if not picked up before then issue isn't caught. Frustrating to say the least.
