  Went in a little bit ago and wow. If you want to be taken advantage of, go here or to Oakwood. My intelligence was insulted. I was told bold faced lies and they clearly discriminate- meaning, if you dont look like you can spend much, they dont really wanna help you. It did not matter to them that I have a credit card in my purse that has a limit large enough to buy outright a home. But the visit didnt even get that far. These folks are jacking up the prices so 'they dont lose their shirts'. Two bold faced lies - can't find land anywhere for under $100k (lie) and mobile homes never lose value (lie again, its a well known fact). Save your money and get a regular stick built home cause you'll be paying the same anyway. Shame on these folks. And Warren Buffet. Update: After looking at comments on their Facebook accounts, I am SO glad I left. There's mold issues with these homes, bait and switch pricing (doubling the cost for example), shoddy installation, failed warranty promises....wow. Shame on ALL of you taking advantage of SO many people. Stay away!

  The sales experience was great and Jackie was great. Since then has been hell. Warranty and problems after the fact do not get completed with craftmanship. Everything gets pushed to the manufacturer which the problems did not happen with them. Problems are Clayton and their house moving company.
