  Two stars is generous, but i must give credit where it is due. They’re great at selling homes, but that’s where it ends. Take nothing Scott says at face value and use your own contractors — theirs charge high rates for poor quality. After nearly 18 months of delays, broken promises, and wasted money, this experience was nothing but stress and disappointment. I’d encourage anyone considering this company to proceed carefully and do their homework.

  If there was a negative star option thats what would be on my review! We've had our home for almost 2 years now and it started falling apart from day one, we asked for help so many times and they either came out and broke more things or didn't come at all and now that its been so long they won't help us at all. They seem nice to your face but they are shady people!!

  Haven’t bought a home here yet. We did a walkthrough on a home it was really nice until we seen the siding of the home coming undone..the wall trim inside was coming off of the wall. Other then that the staff was really nice and helpful, kind of unfortunate they won’t help find land though..

  They have all these promises in the beginning but after you pay and sign papers they will take MONTHS just to put down your home and after your home is put down it’s another month or two til they finish it. It was originally promise 5 weeks max after down payment but it’s been over 3 months

  They don't even deserve star.so helpful and nice at the beginning, then once I paid and was finalized theh barley answered my calls or texts half the time didn't answer. They wouldn't come FIX A THING and a year is up they won't fix anything. Almost a year been asking them to fix stuff and haven't. Now that they see all their bad reviews on Facebook sheriff's department page you would think would have them do better. Nope still greety and lazy as ever.
