  The home we purchased in 2022 (with all cash)...came damaged while moving in. Since moving in it was a hassle to have them repair anything. They came and "patched some spots in the ceiling which still looks awful. The floor joint they replaced isn't correct and is poppping up. All the trim just pops off..Now 3 years later everything is falling apart. Cheaply buily home! We have had to replace every appliance so far... Fix water pipes from leaks.. Fix the cheap flooring ect! These people are the worst when trying to deal with them.. I definitely do not recommend purchasing one of their homes!

  My husband went by today just to price and get an idea of the buying process with Clayton homes. The lady in the front was very rude and disrespectful to him. Telling him that he would have to have a just b that pays $20 an hour to be able to buy a home there and also proceeded to tell him that he could not put the trailer of he was able to get one anywhere in the city limits,it has to be put out in the country which I know is bull. There are plenty of Clayton homes in Ridgewood village and other mobile home places in Auburn! All I can say is better be glad I was not there. We had already spoken with Miller homes and gotten all the information we were looking for and were treated extremely well and had great customer service and answered all questions. We were just looking at other options and checking prices. We will be taking our money elsewhere. And before you respond with your typical we see no records of your visit and the usual crap you put in your responses you won't find it cause as I said he was just looking at other options for us. Either she needs management/salesman training in customer service and just how to be a decent human being or she needs to go. You will loose a lot more business if you conduct it with her being the first face a potential customer sees. First impression is everything and this was beyond disgusting and down right uncalled for.

  Mr cooper has been great in the maintenance department!! every time I have a question or problem he’s right on it! Great attitude and can do it guy!! Very reasonable!

  the lady salesperson was an absolute witch , because i wouldn’t tell her what id put down on one . that’s ok i’ll take my business elsewhere . She asked my credit score and i threw out a ridiculous number , just to not entertain her .

  I spoke with Lane. He was very helpful and extremely prompt with any questions I had! I would recommend him to anyone in the area.
