  I would not recommend doing any business with Brett. Throughout our home process, he was unresponsive and demonstrated very poor communication skills. Despite multiple attempts to reach him messages I still have documented he rarely, if ever, replied. He clearly only cares when the process is simple and easy, but the moment the process requires real effort, he is careless. When our deposit from a home we had put money on was delayed, he failed to notify us or provide any updates. I had to continually follow up and advocate on my own. Very unacceptable.

  My visit to Clayton Homes in Conroe was great! I spoke with Arturo, he is very knowledgeable and gave me the best prices. I give them 5 stars.

  Clayton Conroe was a fantastic home buying experience! There’s a lot that goes into the whole home buying process, and they made it so easy and down to earth for me. I didn’t feel pressured at all by any of the sales team, they were all super friendly and welcoming and super helpful, and I would definitely buy there again! I appreciate Isaiah Shepherd, the (general manager) Went above and beyond for my experience, and I appreciate him! Top quality homes for the money! EBuilt efficiency is where it’s at!

  Isaiah was great. My mom is looking to purchase a couple of modular homes in 2026 and he took the time to show her around what he had and explain the entire process to her. Really awesome customer service and we will 100% be back next year to buy from him!
