  My experience with Clayton Homes was the best experience ever!! Ashley Nutt was amazing and management was also!!! The ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING and I was treated and made to feel like family while I was there!!!! I can’t wait to have my beautiful home delivered and get moved into it!!!

  They will sell you a dream, then get your deposit and act like the lack of communication is your fault. I was lied to multiple times as to when the contractor was supposed to be out to do a land bid! The employees go on vacation without even a word and no one else has a clue what’s going on. I was lied to multiple times and threatened that they would stop deals else where when I address the issues and tell them you want a refund of your deposit. I’ll probably never see that refund either. Then when you tell them you will do business else where they will call them and lie to them saying they already ordered a home for you when the loan hasnt even been fully approved and I never even picked a home out just to stop you from buying a home through anyone else. Luckily I was not so far in that I couldnt end the deal! I would never do business here! Very disgusting and unprofessional people! Lies, Slander and defamation of character are how they handle their business! It can be proven that no home was ever ordered and it will be! If you plan dealing with these individuals have an attorney ready because you will need one!

  Ashley was amazing throughout our entire buying experience! She put up with us calling her every week asking for updates and never failed to give us one! She was absolutely amazing!!
