  Great place to look at homes. They are knowledgeable and have weekend hours which is very helpful.

  This is a second one star. To let everyone know how bad they are. This account is my joint buyer. Kellie Seaman is my name. My review is the last one. But they have been so horrible I decided to to give them a second 1 star. We have now been inhere almost 3 months. 2 of these months we have had a hole in our roof. With rain pouring inside the house. Vinny treats us like we do not exist. Says he will call. Then never does. And give him time. This last one I gave him a whole week. Every time he doesn't call I call him. And he is always in a job site. When my job site is not finished. This has been a horrible experience. Please go with another company. Vinny will not help you. But he will help himself. He will make promises and break most of them. Do not shop here.

  We have been working with them for almost a year. Our home was delivered almost 2 months ago. No we can not move in yet. That a great at blaming everything on others but take no responsibility. We were told 8 days ago you can move in next weekend. Here that weekend is. And they are again saying next weekend. The home was delivered built worng. That’s not their fault. They talked to the park manager, who is manager but that is not his job. He works full time to support himself, to do all these things. Because they are too lazy to do it themselves. And this way they can blame others. I’m working with Vinny and Lashawn. Poor Lashawn was new at this job when he worked with us. So I’ll put him down to horrible training. But Vinny no. I’m about to cancel this sale all together. It’s been a year I was told 8 weeks. Go somewhere else. Save yourself. Update 1- So we are in our home!! Thankfully! However I can not up the stars yet. There are many problems with the home. Great! Not only was it build wrong we have problems. One huge one. A leaking in the roof. Yes the rain comes in my home. There are others. Like the front screen will not open. A huge gap on the back door. Crakes in most ceilings. But the leaking rain will damage my home. Not good. I told Vinny about this 3 weeks ago. It took 2 weeks to get him out here. But they saw nothing. I sent pictures of it and he email back that he would call me Monday. That was last Monday. Every time I tried to call him. He was busy!! Of course. It rained again yesterday I sent him a picture AND a video. I’m so not happy.
