Our salesperson Holly was good, but we have had so many issues since moving into the home. Within the first year, our master shower cracked (no support underneath), we had dips in the flooring (not properly supported again), we have had cabinets and trim break, and outlets come out of the wall (many, not supported just press fit into the thin vog board). Our home is beautiful, but the quality is poor. I do not recommend buying any homes that will come from the Sulfur Springs location. The contractor that they used to set the home and finish it out also had poor attention to detail.

At first we thought it was good. There were issues but the addressed most of them. We have had constant issues with the counter around the sink in the kitchen they came and replaced my counter 3 times but the issue persists. It is obviously a design flaw. It needs to be fixed again but we just hit our year so the warranty is expired so they won't touch it now, even though it is a flaw. They told me its my responsibility to caulk it, one person told me to keep it dry. It's the sink...where you wash dishes...it gets wet. It is also not reasonable to expect people to recaulk their sink every few months. The other big issue that everyone should be aware of is they will hire 3rd party contractors who do crap work and then basically tell you to deal with it. They hired someone to pour the concrete for our runners. The did a crap job to where one corner is not level, the concrete itself is poured horribly where is looks bad and they dumped extra concrete out on the ground that I cant mow over. Scott was very condescending when I called. I had the state inspector come out they decided (after not actually going under the house) that it was all cosmetic and it was the responsibility of the 3rd party concrete people. Chip was there and told the inspector he would contact the concrete company and would help us financially if there was a cost to fix it. He never emailed me back until I kept asking, then he just said the concrete people won't fix it and that its just cosmetic. I am paying $2,700 a month! Cosmetic means something. I'm disgusted and disillusioned that I would give them so much of my hard earned money for them to so flippantly disregard my concerns and not stand behind the people they hire. I honestly wish I had gone with someone else for my home.

Finally getting settled in with our Anniversary 2.1 from Clayton Homes! Had to come here and give all the props to Jerson, the salesman! Let me just say if you are in the market for a manufactured home you need to go to the Porter location and meet with Jerson! He is nothing short of amazing! Honest, down to earth, very responsive and just overall great! Followed up with us, answered every question we had and is still answering our questions after the move in! Seriously, the best experience I've ever had! I love my new home!
