  Searching for a new mobile home? I highly suggest Clayton Homes of Walterboro. They are amazing to work thru the process. Each & every step is explained. How long it SHOULD take for each step. Any time I have a question, I can call the office & i get the advice that I need to take care of my question/problem. I still do this, and I have been in my home for over a year. It's not just about the sale, they go the distance to help you. They always make you feel welcome. It's worth your time to give them an opportunity. Sure thankful we did......

  Terrible dealership. Brought a home in full in October. Took 6 months and lots of phone calls to get my title. Drywall, ceiling countertops all cracked. Had to pay out of my pocket cause they wouldn’t help. Finally said they would send me a check to cover some of the cost… almost 8 months still nothing check and no one can give me an answer. Take your hard earned money elsewhere where and avoid the headaches.

  Simply they stated I could get s custom home how ever when it came to finishes different manufacturers didn't allow for things like cabinet color and they pretty much refuse to install the same cheap vinyl on the master bedroom and livingroom when requested astronomical number of 7k was quoted for 2 rooms and if you ask me I do not believe there's is no padding under cheap carpet I spent over 100k I was very disappointed the only other survey at the beginning was about sales questions I did not have to be sold I was looking for the right home after a while i was not happy with having to choose what was available or allowed nothing was custom
