The mobile homes they sell are overpriced and underbuilt. No matter how nice the interior looks, the structural integrity is lacking. For the money, you'd be better off buying a good shed. A well-built shed would likely outlast and outperform these mobile homes. Buy a shed, buy some land, and you'll have a better-built home. These mobile homes aren't worth the investment.

They do not follow through with the promises that they make to their customers. We have been in our home for less than two years, and it is already starting to fall apart. Fortunately for Clayton, it is outside of the one year that the will provide maintenance.
