  Brandi at Clayton Homes was absolutely amazing to work with! She really listened to what my family wanted and needed, and gave us everything straight—no pressure, no gimmicks. It honestly felt more like a friend helping us out than a salesperson. She’s extremely knowledgeable, walked us through every step, and still checks in on us even after we moved in. I was upfront about my credit and she never made me feel less than, just encouraged and supported. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and I was so happy with the experience that I referred my mom and a few friends too! If you’re on the fence just give her a chance, you really have nothing to lose!

  Brandi assisted us with buying our first ever home. She was so amazing, helpful, and patient and couldn't have made the home buying process easier. We were able to set up a time to meet where she sat down with us and we figured out a good budget and was able to recommend several options right off the bat. We ended up getting a great home in a great community and we couldn't be happier!! 😊

  I have to say, without a doubt. If I can give Miss Brandi Percival, a 10 star rating I would ,I have never been so passionate about someone’s customer service, kindness, and respect that she has given. She made me feel like I had all the possibilities to own my home without question. She went above, and beyond for me and my family. Every question I had. She had an answer. She solved every single problem that we ran into. I was able to look at a house on Monday and sign the very next week. I couldn’t believe it. Brandi has done an outstanding job, and she is probably one of the best reps at Clayton Holmes. I have ever dealt with. Thank you so much, Brandi for your kindness, and your friendship. I can’t wait to tell more and more people about you and hopes that they buy their future home as well with you.
