  If you’re looking for a new home and want to be treated with kindness, Clayton is the place. I told Damion exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to spend and he showed me everything I asked for and more. He never asked about my finances, he was only concerned with finding us a home we could fall in love with. It’s our first time buying and everyone at Clayton have been kind and patient explaining step by step each process.

  My nephew and niece bought a mobile home for Clayton, it’s less than a year old and they have nothing but problems. There is mold everywhere, moisture problems, leaks, it’s terrible.

  Damion helped us out so much!!! Very transparent about prices and options. Very knowledgeable about the homes and process of buying a home. Really helped us out and we will be back.

  Edit: I’ll post a video to tiktok in a few! I’ll haveIf you can get approved through Clayton, you’ll get approved for a home and inspection that won’t keep you stressed out. Roof had visible nails that I couldn’t inspect five years ago due to broken back. Both bathroom vents and the one over the hallway leak also. I’ll add photos later when my buddy comes over
