  We purchased a home, to say where we put it was easy is an understatement, but these guys made it happen. Not only was the delivery a challenge for them and us, the service we have received after the sale is top notch.. and that means more than the awesome home we have.. They take care of you and make everything right. We can’t recommend them enough. A+A+ 100% They service team that comes to your home is wonderful and listens to all your concerns and completes them everytime.. We highly recommend Clayton of Corbin

  Would not recommend these guys they’re drivers are a joke they won’t work with you to get you your home delivered if it’s anywhere near a tight fit

  They say one thing and do another when you sign the papers. This was a nightmare from start to finish. Do not buy from this place. Not trustworthy and will not help you with any issues.

  You hit my leach system putting in my mother's home next door and now we're looking at about $20,000 to get it fixed. Not to mention everything my mother's home is currently breaking. We're waiting to get the hot water heater fixed right now.

  Start to finish. Don't trust thier promises unless you have it in writing. I paid my deposit in Feb for home and utilities. They just paid my home permit last week. I'm still waiting to get my home finished 😩. It's currently sitting on unlevel footers and every cabinet wall and door is broke cracked or leaking. Vents have drywall and liquid nail in them. I could go on but I was promised a home 3 days of closing in first of March. May 25 still not liveable. I have a home inspection scheduled. Home in the works as I write. I will update when home is completed. I will let you know if I end up with an airtight energy efficient home or crap that I was left with. Don't allow them to do a welcome home until you are approved to move in. Mine was done before I had any utilities. Not even electric for them to check out appliances. So 😔 sad. BBB has quite a few similar complaints just like mine. Now they are paying for thier own fixes. Too many photos to add. Home was horrible. Agree with other reviews such as getting ignored. If you don't let them slide but hold them accountable they will ignore you for days and weeks at a time. Sorry Clayton's minus -5☆ for me.
