  Nicole Wirt was very knowledgeable and professional when we were asking her questions. We really enjoyed talking with her about the different homes. She explained everything about the difference’s in the homes.

  My experience at Clayton homes in Millsboro, DE was excellent. Nick was very kind, informative, knowledgeable and made myself and family very comfortable to ask questions. I appreciate the variety that Clayton homes offer from pricing, sizes and features available for the homes. Although Nick wasn’t able to directly sell a home to me because of the area I’m interested in, he did provide me with the contact information of someone who will be able to help me out, assuring that they will be also helpful.

  We were all down in OCMD for the 4th of July holiday, and my mother-in-law plans to downsize soon, so we stopped into Clayton Homes on our way home just to gather some preliminary information. We met with Nick. He was professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about the products he was selling. We explained to him in the beginning of our visit that we were from out of state and were just there to browse but that didn't deter him from giving us the full sales and customer service experience. Even knowing that we wouldn't be buying from him, Nick spent a lot of time with us, answering every question thoughtfully and honestly and never once rushed us. He even gave us the contact information for a dealer more local to us at home to make things easier. As someone who is in the Sales & Customer Service industry (construction specifically) I was extremely impressed with Nick and his attention to detail, product knowledge, insight, and salesmanship. He was also very vocal with his suggestions for potential upgrades and spacial useage. If you are ever in the area and are interested in looking into prefab homes, go see NICK at Clayton Homes of Millsboro!

  We stopped in on our way home from a vacation, and we met with Nick. He was so knowledgeable and friendly and accommodating. He showed us the different homes explained to us the different prices and how to imagine upgrades in each home. We really appreciated his expertise And his. approachableness. Thank you Nick!
