  Yesterday around 5:40 PM—just before closing—my family and I stopped by Clayton Homes with the intention of browsing a few models. Given the late hour, we decided to head back to the car and return another day. But before we could leave, Joshua came over with a welcoming smile and assured us that he was more than happy to assist, despite the time. As someone from a generation that truly values exceptional customer service, I was deeply impressed. If “customer service” had a face, Joshua’s would be it. He was kind, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right home. He listened—really listened—which is a rare and refreshing quality these days. There was no pressure, no sales pitch—just sincere support and professionalism. Joshua’s warmth, helpfulness, and radiant personality made our visit unforgettable. And to top it off, his manager Alia was just as gracious and welcoming. Together, they made us feel like family. Clayton Homes offers affordable pricing and a willingness to work with you to find a home that fits your needs and dreams. If you haven’t visited yet—run, don’t walk. You’ll be glad you did. As my granddaughter Immani so perfectly put it: “I love it here.” PS. I was not paid for this review 😊

  Listen I'm in the process, by Faith of purchasing a mobile home and I kept passing by this place ( Claytonhomes). Today we decided to stop and im excited that we did. We was leaving because they was in the process of closing, but God knew just who to send out. Joshua Miller came out and informed us that they were closing but insist on showing us one particular home that I know is for me. I was so excited and surprised at the same time. He is such a great help. He broke everything down that we needed to know and treated us like family. He is a great salesman, well mannered, positive and have a heart for people in general as well as Ms.Alia. I am so glad we stop. Yall it's open house tomorrow and guess who's going me!! 😄 I am so excited for what they have in-store for me and praying that everything works out, which I'm sure it will because it seems like we are in good hands. Thank you Joshua for helping us and being such a great person in general. If you looking and want something that's for you, ask for Joshua he is awesome!!!!

  I would just like to thank Clayton Holmes for hiring such a wonderful group of people at Clayton homes in Sumter, South Carolina. We had heard such horror stories and read stories about how all the mobile home dealers were so we were very, very skeptical. But when we walked in to Clayton home of Sumter.Alia Farrah Met us as we walked in the door. My husband is one that doesn’t trust anything anyone says hardly lol, but I have to say she won him over. she made everything so easy and simple to understand. Anytime we have questions or needed anything she was right there and if she wasn’t there, Lynn was there to help us.. From the guys who pulled the mobile home in and set it up Nelson and his crew to Carl that did that Did the inside and Philip who did our welcome home and all the little things that were wrong he fixed they all went above and beyond what was expected. They all had a part and making our dream come true of our first lake house. We will be forever grateful for every single one of them, Alia!! So professional, but yet makes you feel like family and they have all become family, especially her. Clayton Home Corporation, you are truly blessed with a great and wonderful group of people at Clayton, Halls of Sumter South Carolina. Thank you all again from ….The Jolly :)
