Started leaking MASSIVELY (woke up to a 12 ft puddle in the kitchen) 3 months after purchase. Dealership jerked me around for 6 months (getting someone on site was TERRIBLE, and none of their techs would attempt to resolve this issue). So after 9 months of ownership, they stopped replying to text and email. The 1 year "warranty" expired 3 months later. So I had water POURING into my new home every heavy rain (6 times?), and absolutely no help from Owensboro Clayton. No techs available, service manager quit, parts didn't arrive so we have to reschedule, Ohio River flooded..... Just a ROTTEN dealership. HOWEVER, after going through KRS 365 Ky Mobile Home Lemon Law and getting the State Inspector involved, the Factory did make a repair they say will fix the flooding. It is a known defect where the siding and soffit were not installed correctly. A KNOWN DEFECT. So now I wait until this drought ends to see if it leaks, but I will live with the stained floor that was discolored from the furniture "coasters" sitting in water. Inspector said it looks bad, but because it isn't structural he doesn't have jurisdiction. Its a pretty well built trailer. The Factory was OK to deal with- MUCH MUCH better than Owensboro at least. But Owensboro ghosting me, knowing my new home was flooding and leaving me with damaged discolored flooring from a known factory defect makes me regret giving them my business.

Short and to the point. DON'T DO IT! Bought a home from these people. Paid cash, took 9 months. Trailer was not what we ordered. Was told it would take months to reorder and get the correct trailer. Unfortunately we were from out of state and didn't have a lot of options. Once the trailer arrived took call after call to a get the trailer setup. Once it was it was like pulling teeth to get them to fix the little things. It was a constant blame game of its a manufacturer problem, back and forth this went. For 10 months this went on, we got frustrated and sold the property of our dreams because of our decision to purchase a home here. I ran a successful business in telecommunications for 22 years and have NEVER seen such a poorly ran business in my life.
