We were met at the door with a hand extended out and a smile asking how could they help us. Looked around and found something I liked. Went back and talked numbers and everything was explained in detail. I would refer others to Clayton Homes. Vanessa

Wanna talk about service after the sale!!! We purchased our home in Dec of 2021 and needed some copies of paperwork that we couldn’t find, so we contacted Clayton Homes. These guys immediately got up out of their air conditioned offices and went out to the warehouse where old files are kept and got me copies of the items I needed!! They were hot and sweaty but did it , when they could have easily brushed me off!! Huge thank you guys!!

DO NOT BUY FROM CLAYTON HOMES. We moved into our home January 30th 2025. Today is August 18th 2025 and we are forced to rehome due to various different issues with the house. The problems started instantly when we moved in, mind you we passed inspection before we were able to move in. First, it was our toilet not being hooked up to the pipes, so every time we flushed, it leaked onto our property. Next it was the kitchen drawers falling off and crooked cabinets. Then it was the front door not closing. Then it was nails sticking up from our floors and molding missing from walls, toilets, and etc. Then is was cracks in the ceilings. Then it was our ac units dripping condensation and mold forming. Now it’s the whole entire house’s floors need to be redone. As you can see, the list just seems to go on and on. Every time there has been a problem, it’s been followed by some crappy, sad excuse for why the problems have occurred. The workers almost never can give an actual explanation on what’s going on and switch their stories left and right to why what’s happening is happening. For such a short amount of time, and so many problems to occur, this just seems like such a rip off. We are getting very frustrated with this company. Every day seems to be a new problem. If you want a house that’s going to last longer than a few months, take your money elsewhere.

🚨🚨DO NOT GO TO CLAYTON🚨🚨Been in our new Clayton for 4 Months. Excessive water damage and leaking from the vents, causing mold around the vents. The 4 month old vent covers now are decorated in rust, the floors in multiple spots are caving in and have soft spots through them. Cracks across the roof near all of this water damage. Cabinets have broken off, doors are loud and creaky, some don’t even close. Every bathroom vent leaks so bad a puddle lands on the floor. We have had so many calls with zero follow up, had a fella come out and looked at some of the cracks and told us no one told him about any of the other major issues, man on the phone says “happens when the house settles” I don’t recall houses leaking through the ceiling when the settle. NO HELP HAS BEEN SENT, and their phone care worker is awful. Go buy from literally anyone else:)
