  If I could give 0 Stars I would. I was in there recently and I only went in to look. My husband and I are really leaning towards the manufactured home option, but we just wanted to see what our options were for now. This is not something we are ready to pull the trigger on as this is a huge decision to make. We don't mind getting information so we can weigh our options, but as soon as we said we are not ready to take a hit on our credit or give a deposit MICHAEL was extremely ignorant and dismissive to us. He only cares about making a sale, not the customer!!!!! I will not be taking my business to this place at all. I will be going to Roy's! At least they understood and were willing to give us information and let us know what option's were available. We have great jobs so money is not an issue and neither is our credit. So really there is no budget and we know what our buying power is, we just really like how much manufactured homes have stepped up their game and actually look beautiful now. I refused to give him information and went on my way. Heck I even have land already. If this is how you treat customers, then I really hope this location shuts down soon or they do a employee clean out ASAP!! What happened to showing compassion and kindness to people.

  Friendly, knowledgeable, and honest Michael Evers was a pleasure to work with and did a wonderful job explaining this process and walking us through each of the steps.

  I was in there a few weeks ago and I worked with Jennifer. I must admit that I may have broken down about my situation, but she Showed me so much compassion and understanding. I did not feel judged once. All she wanted was to help me. This company is lucky to have someone like her on their team. It was not just her, the moment I walked in Nicole greeted me with kindness and kept me company while we waited for Jennifer. The tall good looking man even walked by and greeted me and offered me something to drink even though we did not speak at all before that. This company really makes you feel welcome and at home!

  We recently had the pleasure working with Michael at Clayton Homes in Martin and were very impressed with his professionalism and approach. His communication was clear, personable and informative. He took the time to highlight features of the homes we were interested in and thoughtfully considered our future family goals. The team he works with were also incredibly friendly and welcoming as well. We would highly recommend him to anyone exploring home options!

  Sam at the Martin location has made the process absolutely painless. His professionalism and knowledge has been outstanding. I wouldn’t want to work with anybody else.
