  Bought In July, still not ready for move in. Can't get anyone to finish up, no communication at all. Told 4 different people about the ceiling falling, and they all play it off like they know nothing.

  Do not do business with them. My number one problem with them was poor communication. They will avoid all phone calls and text messages and when you do get a response they will blame each other for the problems. We purchased a mobile home from this lot in May. We never received a walk through, we was never able to discuss repairs that needed fixed. We tried telling them several times and was put off. The contractors they hire are rude and terrible at their job. The office manager, our salesman and the project manager were clueless and had no idea how to do their job. We did not receive the sticker to show our home was anchored and could not pass inspection to get our utilities turned on with out it. We had to call nonstop and argue and finally received the phone after 3 weeks of going back and forth with them. This has been the worse experience ever and I wouldn’t wish anyone to have to go through it. Please think twice before doing business with them.

  Worst service, came out to fix our house we purchased in 2018. Halfway repaired it. Was suppose to come back and finish up the trim work and paint the ceiling. That was a year ago. I will never purchase anything from them again. Was told they hired multiple managers and could never get a legit answer on why they never came back.
