  didn't have a great experience, I didn't really feel heard, the agent literally talk to the entire entire time. I could barely get out a sentence, went into quite a few houses. I just didn't care for, and when I would try to express something in the house that I didn't like he just cut me off again and said OK let's go to the next one instead of hearing me out. I was also told that on the newest models they allow customers to pick isolated colors. Meaning as long as the warehouse makes it you can have it even if it's not the three colors presented in one of the packages, but now that we are working with a different location, we have been told that is not necessarily the case and that it costs more money if you really want to pick the colors and it's not really something they like doing so basically they just want to promise you a bunch of stuff that they can't give you and lie to you to make you happy. I don't remember the agents name, and there was also a manager, and I didn't care for him. Either he basically said that one of the countertop choices was always dirty. If you went with a gray color, I don't understand why they would manufacture something that is not either cleanable or doesn't function well, just didn't have a great experience so luckily I wont have to go back there anyway.

  So how about I just found out I was supposed to get a gift card after purchasing a home with these people and I never received it uh🤦‍♀️ So now I’m questioning so much more and now seeking legal advice because this whole process was hell and the home is not even worth it
