  I would not recommend purchasing a home from Clayton Homes. We bought our home in 2020, and it has been one issue after another ever since. First, the AC went out, and we were told it wasn’t covered under warranty, so we had to pay out of pocket. Then we discovered a leaking roof, again not covered. Now our water heater has failed, and despite being marketed as a 6-year warranty unit, we were told it was already expired. The water heater was manufactured in 2019, with the warranty ending in November 2020—even though we bought our home in September 2020. That means the warranty had essentially run out right after we moved in. Overall, the experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Buyers deserve transparency and reliable warranty coverage, and unfortunately, that has not been our experience.

  As a first time home buyer, Adriana was so helpful and communicative. She supported me through the entire process, made sure I was well informed and represented at each meeting. There’s always bumps when making a big purchase, but Adriana was always great about handling it with grace and knowledge. If you are looking to purchase a new home and have questions like I did, she is the perfect choice to trust to go to bat for you. She’s kind, intelligent, and very sweet. She will do what it takes to make sure you’re home is the right one for you and bend over backwards to make homeownership possible. Super grateful for the experience and the beautiful home she’s helped me create. ❤️

  My experience with Gina who is my sales person was amazing. It was kind of stressful at first because I didn't know what i was doing but she handle everything. She's amazing. She communicate. with you about everything. Everybody there in Clayton are so nice especially Gina what I loved about her is that if you had any questions or concerns, she'll answer your call or your text. It didn't matter what time it was She was on top of everything all the time. I truly recommend you going with Gina. I've been trying to buy a house. Already for 8 years or so but I'm glad I walked in to Clayton. And Gina was my salesperson, because she made it happen, and I'm already a homeowner. I am so happy and so excited. Thank you so much, Gina for this journey that you gave my family and I, we can thank you. Enough. So remember, if you want to be a homeowner go with gina.
