  ​I cannot recommend Clayton of Knoxville enough. Their entire team operates with seamless communication and exceptional organization. Once you start with them, you'll quickly realize that everyone is fully informed on your process, regardless of who you speak to or what day it is, they are up to date on your home buying experience down to the second. ​My home buying journey had been riddled with stress and anxiety, leading me to almost give up entirely. Meeting Bryan Cote was an absolute blessing. He immediately took over our application that was previously put in with another dealer and withdrawn by us. He did not miss a beat, didnt bat an eyelash, whatever needed to be done was done and for the first time during all of this I actually got to relax and stop worrying about it. ​Bryan is the definition of efficiency. Processes that were expected to drag on for months with the previous company were completed in a single week with him, including critical "switch over" tasks regarding my loan that typically take weeks, and sometimes these big changes happened in the same day. It was pretty obvious I should have began this journey with them from the start. ​Bryan's motivation isn't just about making a sale, it's about a genuine commitment to his clients. He meticulously put all the pieces together, ensuring I secured a home I love, in an area I love, at a price I love. For Bryan, this isn't just a job, it's a mission to see you safe, sound, and happy in your new home, and it shows in every step he takes to help you succeed. ​As a first-time buyer with a growing family, his approach was invaluable. He gave us a realtor experience and walked through our future home with us, then turned around and showed us the school our baby would be growing up in. That sense of security as a mother is immeasurable. Especially when I had almost given up on this entirely. Bryan is genuine and family oriented which means his concerns are the exact same as yours, and he's there to help you through any worries or anxiety. The empathy, care, and concern is why I confidently believe he would never put someone in a situation he wouldn't put himself in just to make a deal. ​Once you start with Bryan, be prepared to close quickly! This past week has been a super fast, exciting rollercoaster, and I am so excited to have a place we can call ours! I cant wait for the memories we'll make, all the things we'll bake, and all the fun we'll have in our new home! I'm gonna miss our Clayton Knoxville team once this is all done!

  We were looking into manufactured homes and everyone said “see Clayton”. So we did. Picked our favorite online and went to Clayton Homes Knoxville. I met with the sales manager Chris Lane, who was more than helpful and knowledgeable. Got us a great price locked in and ordered our home a week or so after. Two and a half months later they got our place brought out to its new resting spot atop a hill. Yes, they do that! Couldn’t be happier. Can’t forget our site planner Zack Roberts, he came out multiple times to see the plot and check the progress. Easy to talk to and always available for questions or concerns. Clayton is a one stop shop if you want it all done start to finish or can do anything you don’t want to. Thank you again Chris and Zack.

  Gwen Cheek is amazing to work with. She is so knowledgeable and kind. She had no problem showing us around and helping us find a home for when we’re ready.
