They had did a great job getting me in my home fast . My home was installed with very little problems “ brick layer was horrible attitude “ . But after living in my home little over a year found craw-space was flooded . Upon inspecting found shower drain was never hooked up draining water under my house. Contacted the dealer they assured me they would get taken care of . The drain was hooked up quickly but being the craw space was almost 100per humidity level for a year I felt it needed further inspection they assured me they would handle this . Now they do NOT respond to my calls I did have to buy a$400 dehumidifier to get dried out and still not calling me back . I am highly concerned being my house had 2 foot of water under entire house and health or mold has potential problems if not handled correctly now . If this is not handled soon I will have to take legal actions although I rather just get the inspection and everyone move forward . I love the home but this dealer location clearly does not care about your family’s health or home after you get in .

Beautiful homes... Friendly service.... And that's about it. Don't believe them when they tell you that they are going to get bids for the work. They know what it's going to cost and they have a few people that do the work. Go elsewhere if you need a septic system. It's a rack and the my yard and septic system looks like crap. They are below standards when it comes to communication with customers. I probably would've kept shopping if I new then what I know now.
