  My fiance and I are still currently working with Clayton Homes on Rivers now. They have been an absolute God send. We have had unfortunate circumstances where we have lost our home (renting) due to a freak of nature accident. With all the power they have they have been getting us a home as soon as possible. Katie Gardner is our home consultant and she's been so sweet. Her manager Kristin Burns was so amazing she made me cry, in a good way. She's pulled so many strings to help us along, I have no words. Travis has been extremely informative and I've been throughky impressed. I've learned a lot from him. Greg was great and on top of it, even meeting us at early as 6 am to get things done. I already am recommending friends to come here when they're ready to buy. Unforgettable experience, especially for a first time home buyer.

  Clayton Homes of North Charleston did an amazing job getting us into our new manufactured home. Shawn and Kristy were there every step of the way making the home buying process as smooth as possible. Our Building Manager Greg has been a huge help getting us settled into our new place. He has been there to assist us multiple times with new home ownership needs, even months after we’ve moved in.

  Absolutely do not do business here, unless you want to be strung along while they sit around not doing there job and sending the appropriate paperwork, we still don’t have our keys and now have no where to put outlet stuff no house yet and need to be out of where we are ! Very unhappy with this store, they drag their feet in everything, they tell you something is being done on a certain day and it doesn’t happen. We should have been in our house by now instead we are sitting around waiting for underpinning to be installed and nothing has been done in weeks . They refuse to give you any kind of timeline so you can actually plan when to have cable and etc hooked up. I would never recommend them. Now we have to pay extra for storage and other fees because they still haven’t finished
