  Had an appointment with Randy, not only did he take the time to show all the houses available, he also explained everything in detail! Great guy! Id 100% recommend going to him

  Randy was great to work with! He showed us several manufactured homes, answered all our questions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Super helpful and easy to talk to highly recommend!

  Amazing place and products! Randy Metcalf is the man! He took extra time with me to really break things down and give me a close estimate on the house I want. Giving me a much clearer financial picture and showing me how I’m actually able to afford the home I want. He even took the time to go over some needs/wants/must-haves. Clayton homes is amazing and you’re in the best hands with Randy!

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. From start to finish this whole house purchase through Clayton homes has been a disaster. We first found the used double wide went to look at it was unsure of the bugs it had from the original owners we were told the deposit was refundable. Fast forward about a week or so we end up finding a different double wide at a Clayton homes in Lexington where we told them our situation they assured the deposit was refundable so we we placed a deposit on the other trailer in Lexington and told the manager at Greensboro location we were no longer going through with it. The Lexington location told us it could be delivered set up rather quickly but what we later learned was that the manager of the Lexington store was great friends with the manager will over at Greensboro & they were going to conspire and make the deal we had made with the Lexington location fall through in a sense. At this point we felt stuck to the trailer will had sold us over at Greensboro. Will lowered the price to make it seem more appealing which was fine but money was not our problem. After some time of back and forth we finally closed on the said trailer and from there on we’re told different dates and times and different promises that were not kept. Will assured me that there would be bug bombing done and that the bug issue would be resolved. There was a few cans of bug bombs & so many more bugs. So there’s the start of the issues. We were ran around by the delivery and set up guys as well to the point the one guy verbally threatened my husband terribly. They gave back $5200 for the block work that was totally uneven patchy and unlevel to the point we couldn’t even do a block foundation as we originally paid to have the trimming done to do so. They cleaned the concrete truck out in our from yard and left a big pile of concrete & a mess! From start to finish we felt pressured lied to and taken advantage of and I hope this sees the right person to let them know what to be on the lookout for. We will never do business with them again and will never recommend them to anyone there very unprofessional people we had a terrible experience. There’s so much more that could be added in between but this is long enough
