  Clayton homes is amazing they help my family make our dream come true. Mitch is phenomenal. He is on top of everything and making it easy during the whole process. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free by working directly with our realtor and lender, keeping everything organized and on track. A huge shoutout to Heather, Shawn, and Danny—they were absolutely incredible! Heather kept us informed every step of the way and made sure no detail was overlooked. Shawn was super helpful and knowledgeable, and Danny made the whole process feel personal and easy. We couldn’t be more grateful for everything they’ve done.   Very poor home building. They don't honor any warranty! My mother has had a leak due to negligence.

  My first visit at Clayton Holmes in Homosassa was earlier this year. I went in with a few questions. I was Met by Mitch in a very clean, Organized and professional sales office who was very welcoming and informative. Mitch went above and beyond my expectations of a first visit. He answered many questions and was very patient. Since that date, I have made many stops in and Mitch has always been very pleasant and takes the time to answer my questions. Once I stopped in while he was not in the office and Heather picked up right where he had left off. It was Impressive and Comforting to know that they all share information and all on the same page. Heather was aware of my previous visit and was able to continue answering questions that I had come up with. I am almost 60 and this is the first home I've ever bought So I have been a bundle of nerves and full of questions. Mitch and the team at Clayton Holmes Has been very understanding And patient in helping me navigate through this whole process. In the last 2 years, I have visited several mobile home sales across Central Florida and after my first visit at Clayton. Was confident that this was where I would be making my purchase. I highly recommend Clayton Holmes in homosassa. Mitch and Heather- ya'll are Absolutely the best at sales and customer service.
