  Purchased a home in 2024; they never finished it when they set it and allowed us to move in. Never fixed the cracks in the ceilings; never replaced our marriage line that needed done; hooked up the fridge wrong causing a water leak and floor damage. Holes in walls from moving the house here, missing light fixtures; broken windows and trim, along with a list about a mile long which I can provide. Fixed our floors not once. But twice and they are still are done wrong and not right. They hired a contractor by the name of D. Lance Tuttle with the business Good News Group LLC out of Jacksonville; (owned by Daniella Tuttle) has been as unprofessional as they come. Each time they’ve come they’ve never completely fixed an issue. They’ve actually destroyed more than they have fixed. He’s also told Clayton that “everything’s been completed” which is a lie, but since it’s been a year they have wiped their hands of us. The whole business/company as a whole and anyone they’ve hired have been straight crooks and have completely taken any joy out of our new home.

  We bought our home almost 5 years ago and we've had nothing but issues. Trim hung crooked in some areas and not even nailed down in others, electrical outlets that pull straight out the wall, all kinds of issues that they were supposed to fix and they never did. Now on top of that we are having issues with leaking pipes all under the house. Not something you expect to deal with when your home isn't even 5 years old. Would not recommend buying from them. You will have buyers remorse if you buy from Clayton

  I would not recommend Clayton Holmes to anyone. Bryant is the sweetest sales person but that lady for the maintenance crap is a joke. We purchased our home about 8 months ago and they haven't fixed a single thing. They claim it's not covered in the 1 year warranty. What's the point in the 1 year warranty then?
