She allowed us to walk thru the homes on the lot knowing we were in a market they didn't service. I followed up later with a question and Mike was just as helpful. If we were buying in their service area, I would definately buy from Caroline and Mike at Clayton Homes in Rome.

We’ve talked to more manufactured home dealers than we can count, spent countless hours on the phone with reps, and every time we got close to purchasing… something would fall through. It’s been frustrating, exhausting, and honestly, disheartening at times. We originally looked into Clayton Homes of Rome last year, but walked away unimpressed. And based on the reviews we read, we didn’t plan on going back. Fast forward 12 months. Ironically, Clayton of Rome ended up being our last stop on this home-buying marathon—and thank goodness it was, because that’s when we met Joe. Let me tell you: Joe has completely changed the game. He’s been nothing short of phenomenal—honest, down-to-earth, incredibly helpful, and truly invested in helping us build our dream home. Out of everyone we’ve worked with, Joe has been the standout. He’s listened to our concerns, addressed every single one, and walked with us through the process step by step. At this point, he’s basically part of the family.
