  I was considering working with Clayton Glass for a shower enclosure, but my experience with their customer service representative left me disappointed. The representative seemed unenthusiastic and unfriendly, and to top it off, the price they quoted was significantly higher than their competitors'. Regrettably, based on these factors, I cannot give them a positive review.

  We had a new home built with Lennar. They are the ones who hired this company. We had to have repairs done to our shower so they had to come out and take off the glass doors and reinstall them. They have not showed up twice now to reinstall the shower doors. We have been without our master shower for over a week. They don’t call to let you know they can’t make it or to reschedule. What a nightmare they are. I will say that the tech that comes out has always been pleasant but I would not hire them because of their poor time management and inability to let people know they can’t make it out.
