  We had a rough time getting this project across the finish line, but ultimately we are happy with the end result. The blinds look great! Love that we have 3 blinds and can put down 1, 2 or all 3 screens down with our remote control. Jeff who did the install was great. our salesperson Sherry was sweet. The main concern was the amount of time we had to wait for the blinds to actually arrive.

  I had heard concerns from others but decided to move forward. Unfortunately my experience was much less than satisfactory. Rip right after installation, upon removal, really poor communication and updates on the status, did not get to enjoy this summer and had to escalate a few times to get this resolved. I will not be comfortable recommending to my real estate community or clients until I see or hear of service improvements.
