  Do your self a favor and make sure you get everything in writing when dealing with Brian and Classic Custom Homes. Brian told Me, my wife, and the contractor i hired he was going to pay a portion of the bill for the drains for my yard. Once i gave him the bill he was no where to be found. Again learn from my mistakes, get everything in writing when dealing with Brian and Classic!

  We had a fantastic experience building our home with Classic Custom Homes. Brian Woods and his team went above and beyond to make our dream home a reality. From the beginning, Brian took the time to listen to what we wanted and even walked us through a home in progress to give us a feel for their craftsmanship and style. The architectural designer was incredibly accommodating, making adjustments to fit our vision perfectly. Throughout the building process, Brian kept us informed and gave us access to visit the home at various stages, which we really appreciated. He was always considerate of our budget and was able to meet our needs without compromising on quality. We even made some design changes along the way, and Brian was flexible and supportive. Mike, another team member we worked with on-site, was incredibly helpful in keeping us updated and ensuring everything was on track. The attention to detail and level of communication made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Our home is built with excellent quality and craftsmanship, and we stayed both on time and on budget. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and highly recommend Classic Custom Homes to anyone looking to build!

  Builder showed up for an estimate. Walked around for 5 minutes, asked my budget, took my plans and said "I'll have a rough estimate by Friday." Well it's been several months and I haven't gotten so much as a call saying they were not interested. I haven't received any communication back.The only reason I am giving 2 stars is they did respond to the inquiry for info initially very fast and were very nice people. However, if you cant even respond to an estimate I worry how the construction project would actually go. Update 2021 no call Update 2022 no call Update 2023 still no call but holding out hope. Of course my information isn't in your data base because I am not going to share my full name on the internet. I wish you well

  Bellawoods did a great job transforming our “fixer upper” into a beautiful open concept living space! They were very professional and brought to life the home we envisioned!
