  Shane Hamblin from Clarksville Heating & Air was extraordinary! He did an extremely thorough, fantastic job with our HVAC tune up, also installed a new smart thermostat and topped off the refrigerant in our heat pump. This entire service was free under the BGE smart energy program. But Shane's expertise and diligent work made the difference. He also explained and shared advice on how to make the system work in more energy efficient ways. Thank you Shane!

  Let me start by saying I have a lot of lock with getting random, great people for service calls. This time was no different. I was getting a free thermostat switch and hvac tuneup. They aent James out and he was super polite. He did his thing. Didn't bother me except to ask a question or 2 of me. He showed me how the new thermostat worked and honestly, he was just one of the nicest guys to come into my home. Great experience and I'd definitely use Clarksville Heating and Air in the future and would request James again.

  We had Melanie and Shane from Clarksville Heating visit us for the first time in order to establish twice a year HVAC maintenance. We could not be more thrilled with the visit, they were professional and engaging and it was a pleasure meeting them and establishing a relationship with Clarksville heating. We found the pricing to be very reasonable and are excited to have a tech come out for a second visit this fall.

  I've used Clarksville Heating and Air to install two HVAC systems and perform maintenance on my HVAC systems. They have highly competitive prices for HVAC installs (particularly mid-range systems) and while an issue arose during install both times (the compressor was faulty the first time and they had a wrong part the second time), they were back promptly to address the issue.

  We just had our house HVAC system replaced by CHA around the end of Aug. 2025. They did a great job. I knew CHA before. In Apr. this year, I received a tune-up service by Mr. Rey Mendoza from CHA, from which I had a very good impression about his thorough and careful job, and knew CHA since then. In earlier Aug., when my 16 years old HVAC was broken, I thought about CHA from the top of my head. Mr. Brandon Hall, a consultant from CHA, became my first consultation person on my “shopping list”. Brandon explained, and offered a few options based on my house condition, our needs, pros and cons of different systems, and potential tax credit and rebate. He provided a best recommendation that combined all above factors. Although I had also consulted with several other companies later, I finally accepted CHA’s proposal because it offered a better efficient system with a reasonable price. We have a two-zoning system in my house, and I chose to replace the unit with a heat pump instead of AC only. Those combinations made the installation a little more complicated. CHA sent Mr. Wilson Magana, Mr. Rey Mendoza and several other technicians 3 times. They did not only a very nice job in installing the new furnace, changing the air tubes, but also successfully replaced the electronic control panel. The nice job eventually achieved the nice system, in which the two-stages heat pump and two-zones in my house work together very nicely. Many crew members in CHA are young people, like Wilson, Ray and Brandon. However, they have gone through many years training and practice. They are smart and responsive, knowing what they are doing. I look forward to receiving excellent service from CHA in years coming, and highly recommend CHA to anyone who needs a new replacement.
