Very professional environment with great amenities...on-site FedEx and UPS pickup/delivery, free high-speed internet, and excellent lobby signage. Rent includes utilities and use of conference room. Great and reasonably priced alternative/addition to my home office!

The kitchen is always stocked with complimentary refreshments, the shared areas are always clean and organized, I've had no issues with internet connectivity, and I have found management very pleasant and easy to work with. Yes. For your convenience, you can move in on any day of the month. We prorate costs per day for the first month, which are due at the beginning of your rental.

How much is the move-in cost?
We require any pro-rated fees for the month you've chosen to move in, in addition to the security deposit, which is a minimum of one month's rent.
