Our appliances are new and quite frankly we were unsure how to use them and got parinoid when they were more advanced than our previous appliances. Not a problem for Clarke. They were patient and informative. Definitely helped with our confidence moving forward. The availability of service was top notch.

VICTOR was thorough, efficient and very professional in performing preventative maintenance on our Subzero. He fully answered my many questions regarding maintenance of our refrigerator and offered several tips about steps we can take between maintenance visits which we intend to follow. It was a pleasure working with Victor!

We recently purchased several appliances from Clarke, most of which were great. However, the cooktop was unfortunately configured incorrectly for gas as opposed to propane. At no fault of Clarke, to be fair. It was actually a mistake by our contractor. That said, it was Clarke who was called to come to out and install a converter on site. They gave us a two hour window, and then failed to show up without so much as a call to let us know they were running late. In fact, I had to call them, only to find that it would be another 15 minutes... which turned out to be closer to 40. After all of that, the technician had the wrong part. But, rather than immediately handle the issue, we had to wait four days for an appointment to get him to come back, and even then, they wouldn't at least accommodate our schedule upon the return to make up for this mistake, giving me an inconvenient time slot. Upon returning, the good news is that the technician had the correct part this time, and he wasn't late either. The bad news is that the work he did was sloppy and the cooktop STILL DIDN'T WORK!!! - The wires were loose and it kept tripping the breaker whenever you tried to turn on one of the burners. Sorry Clarke, but considering the amount of money we spent with you, we expected more.

Fantastic! I reached out to the service center & made an appt within days. She was great. They have a convenient text where you can track when the apptnis and then when the service person is near making the window of arrival transparent. The BEST technician showed up for initial diagnosis (Spencer) and then a week later for the repair when the parts came in. Spencer was curteous, knowledgeable and professional. He was gracious to let my kitten and dog into his workspace to 'help'. I highly recommend Clark and of course Spencer. Great combo. I have a Wolf dual fuel range - 4.5 years old so some parts were under warranty.
