After receiving an email that this company was scheduled to service my refrigerator from my home warranty, I called them and gotten no response, even with a voicemail. Although I did have a out of state number, I did clarify I do live in Mississippi. Given the following day was a holiday, I called, left a voicemail and texted the day after. According to the hours, they're available 24 hours. Still no response. The day of the appointment, between 7am to 11am was the scheduled time frame. I called, no response. I left a voicemail. Still nothing. I called the home warranty and they called and emailed. No response again. A few minutes after 11am I called the company. No response. After my call I get a call from them. Given that it was past the time frame and the clear absence of response, I informed them I do not want them to come, and I will be looking elsewhere. I am still waiting on another repairman, but I will not come back to this company. Communication is the biggest key, and that was disregarded to the max.

A True Blessing!
I cannot express enough gratitude for this company and my electrician, West. I called after hours on a Saturday night, scared to go to bed because my lights were flickering and doing everything that gave me nightmares. On top of that, we had been without hot water for two days, despite spending so much time and money trying to find a solution.
When I called West and explained the issue, he didn’t hesitate for a second—he simply said, “I’m on my way.” In less than 15 minutes, everything in my home was back to perfect working order, and the best part? I had HOT WATER IMMEDIATELY!
I am beyond thankful for his quick response, kindness, and expertise. Knowing that I have his number saved gives me so much peace of mind. I will only use West from now on, and I highly recommend this company to everyone I know who needs a trustworthy electrician. A true blessing!

Clark Electric installed a new air-conditioning unit during the month of August 2023. The temperature was running around 105 degrees during that time period. Their promptness was very much appreciated. The owner and employees were honest, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We have used them in the past and each time had a wonderful experience. We will definitely be using them in the future.
