I took my cat in yesterday. She hadn’t been to the vet in a long time & had never been to this clinic before so I was worried she would have a hard time with it. the entire staff was so kind & told me that when they took her to the back, she was so sweet & calm for them which I know means they were so good to her & they made her feel calm. I’d called around to other vets in the area before making the appointment, and their prices are the best for what I needed to get her (Nail Trimming $16 here, $30 at several other places I called. Allergy Medicine $32 here, other places had it anywhere between $35 up to $100 for the same shot). overall, great experience & definitely recommend

Protect your fur babies and do not go here. My Persian cat is 12 years old, lived in 3 different cities, been to multiple groomers and has been groomed every 3 months her ENTIRE life. She has never once been sedated….. Not only did Clark Co. vet vaccinate her without my consent, but they also sedated her and handed me a $300 bill without any prior discussion or notification. I’m very thankful that my animal does not have a history of vaccine reactions or reactions to anesthesia, Because Clark County had no idea whether she did or not….. If you want your pets unnecessarily sedated, this is the place for you!

Giving a one star is very generous. I took my dog up there about a week ago with a small lump and expressed how sick he was, vomiting, coughing and losing weight. They brushed it off and tried to sell us eye drops instead of looking into what this lump was, they just said surgery. A few days later it doubles in size I call begging them to get him in sooner and they act like it was a bothersome and all they was worried about was telling me you know that’ll be more money since it grew? I don’t care about money I care about my dogs health. The vet was some mediocre female doesn’t know what she’s doing and the staff were the ones worrying about money. I’ve been going for a while and always seen dr castle and they both were amazing. Not impressed with this female vet. My dog is at the emergency vet fighting for his life because of negligence!!
