The manager has zero customer service and can’t even deal with someone being mad at something they were responsible for. She will just hang up on you. DO NOT BANK HERE! If you move and can’t get to a bank they won’t help you or close your account or even tell you you can’t float your account unless you are in person. Banking is a joke but clearly they are only hiring self centered incapable people now.

- JJJennifer JackwayApr 13, 20241.0The teller at the drive through took hundreds of dollars out of my uncle's account instead of my account, even though I provided the teller with my debit card, which was associated with my checking. BIG bank error that caused inconvenience. Those working in banks should have attention to detail. When we went in to open an account recently, the tellers took people who got there after us, before us. Terrible experiences lately. I have 6 accounts with them. May be time to change banks.
