Civista Bank was the only one that wanted to help. The other banks were too worried about the larger loans. Banks such as State Bank would ask if I was trying to borrow more than $50k. Just shows the discrimination and the lack of work ethic other banks have. Hell, you couldn't even get through to anyone at Huntington. I am in the works of transitioning my personal and business accounts over to Civista Bank because Civista Bank showed me that they will be there for the consumer.
- HBHope E BrownSep 4, 20195.0It's been my bank for over 35 years. It does change names but the rates are good. They've helped me purchase a home. Their fees are low. And I've ALWAYS had great customer service. My only problem is they only have a couple of locations and both on the west side of Columbus but they mobile banking is awesome so that makes up for it a bit.
