As a former customer and native immigrant from Russia, Civista held my immigration paperwork for 3 years after closing my account and coming to check on business for my father, a present customer. Incredible customer service, but it does not appear that Civista is yet using FedNow banking services like bigger banks Chase, Huntington, Wells Fargo.
