  I want to thank Scott and his team at City Wide Glass for there prompt glass repair service for a customer of mine. One of my previous customers asked if I knew anyone in the glass repair industry that could quickly repair a broken French door glass panel. I called Scott and explained the situation, the glass was installed the next day. The homeowner was extremely pleased with the work and cost of the repair. TY City Wide Glass..!!

  When we bought the house, there were a couple of windows that had been nicked by, I suppose, birds. We wanted to replace the glass on those two windows only. I called a couple of window companies and the answer was the same, we needed to replace the entire window. Then, I called Citywide and was pleasantly surprised to find out they did do small jobs, like replacing a damaged glass. I placed my order and within two days someone came to measure. Within a week we had new glass on our windows. The office clerk was extremely courteous and the installer was professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Citywide for getting the job done well, and for saving us money.

  **BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY** Replace a broken balancer on my window. I DO NOT KNOW HOW THIS COMPANY GOT THE RATING THEY DID - MY GUESS IS THAT THEY PAID FOR IT! A rep came out to look at the window, found the broken balancer and took it with him telling me that they will get a replacment part and call me back with date for repair. After 3 weeks and 4 follow up calls in which I was continually told that they were waiting for the manufacturer - here's what really happened: The part sat on someone's desk for 3 weeks and after my 4th follow up call it was given to someone who took 3 hours to tell me that the part would take 10 business day, after payment and that I would need 2 balancers since they come in a kit of 2 - Total cost $295.00 *I DON'T THINK SO!"
