My 84 yr old mother needed a new mattress and we were helped by Tania Prince. She was so incredibly patient with my mother. She took her time explaining all the different features and benefits, helped find something in her budget, helped her with financing, delivery, etc. She asked my mom questions and got her add ons to help protect her mattress in “case”. The whole experience was amazing. I know you don’t get mattresses that often but she won my business going forward. Thank you Tania for the over the top customer experience.

Sunny was extraordinarily patient and answered all of our questions. Though the process took quite some time, as we tried many of the beds there, we were never rushed or upsold on one mattress over the others. It has only been a few weeks since our new mattress was delivered, but so far the it has met our expectations.
