  From first arrival to final delivery, Debra and Doug gave us courteous, thoughtful, professional service. Their advice was customer oriented, and provided the information we needed for a satisfactory decision. We bought a soft Queen, and after three days and nights we’re delighted with our choice. 5 Stars!

  The salesperson was very helpful in asseesing which mattress/box spring was best for my lower back issues. Easily facilitated the transaction with me. Delivery came on time & the two service guys quickly set up the new bed & taking back my old bedding.

  We recently purchased a prana bed, box springs and pillows. We absolutely love them!! We couldn’t be any be more comfortable! Thank you Joe Lisi and Josh. The staff at this store are wonderful, knowledgeable and very professional. They are a must see if looking for a new mattress!!

  I went to City matches in Boca Raton I keep forgetting the lady's name she had long hair and glasses regardless I wanted an extra firm bed. I made a critical error a lot of people want to extra firm bad I slept in there for 3 weeks and my arms and shoulders weren't paying everyday so I went back. Being more than gracious the lady with long hair and glasses I think ain't even Barbara or something like that Just ask for my name Robert z e r n e r and she can give you a great experience looking for a mattress nevertheless I went there they gladly were showed me mattresses and picked out a softer one for. The customer service is great but try to make an appointment cuz they can't get busy so call and make an appointment. You don't buy beds all the time but if you do need a bed I would definitely go over here patient friendly honest just a great experience and I'm not getting paid to say this I always say what I mean so again if you're looking for a mattress and you're looking for the truth and you're looking for great service go here again I had a return the mattress cuz it was too thick too hard I wanted a firm mattress a lot of people make mistakes when they want to for a mattress. I went with one that was medium firmness and it turned out to be great in the exchange it with no problem I went there on a Thursday we delivered on a Saturday they took the old mattress away and everything went fabulous I would recommend them to my children to anybody

  So far this is an awful experience. One would think that if you were purchasing a high end mattress one would receive higher end treatment. This doesn’t happen at all with City Mattress. The warehouse texts you a window for delivery after they close for the day. The salesperson has absolutely no clue what happens after they sell the mattress. Also I have a feeling that if I don’t like this mattress it’s just too bad for me. I should’ve stayed with a Sleep number bed. Very disappointed. Update to post 8/24/25 The gentlemen that delivered the bed couldn’t have been any kinder. The one that spoke English was in his phone for one minute settling a dispute with his children. As an educator, I completely understood and he was so patient and kind with them. They cleaned up and took most things away except the old mattress topper. It would have been helpful to know that I would need to dispose of that myself as my salesman knew I had one. However, The Heirloom mattress is amazing so far. Definitely worth the price and exactly what I asked for. It’s just like sleeping on a cloud. I spoke with Deborah on the phone and everyone raves about her, so maybe purchase from her.
