  We sold our house on a "by owner" sale. We were completely clueless as to what we were doing, so we called Beatrice at curtis heritage escrow. She helped us through every step of the way, from just information with no promise of business, to answers to random seemingly dumb questions throughout the whole process. Totally on top of their game. If I were to sell another home in California I'd give them another call in a heartbeat.
