Love this bank. They have been helpful and straightforward and always accessible. There is a kind of service I never have gotten from bigger chains like Chase. Big thank you!

I was working near this bank and needed to exchange to old $100 bills for the new ones. The employee asked me if I was a client of the bank. I was not. Hence, she told me she could not do me the favor of exchanging the bills. Needless to say, with such attitude they made sure I shall never bring my money to them.
