- KKKOct 9, 20251.0Arrived at the store at 7:00 and the doors were locked even though the sign on the door and online says they close at 8:00pm. I called inside of the store and saw 2 ladies behind the register doing nothing. I sat in the parking lot and watch them turn off the lights at 7:22pm
- DNDiamond NicoleSep 28, 20251.0I'm an avid shopper of cititrends and have been for a while but today is the day where I will no longer be customer here. Two bathrooms in the store and not one for the customers, highly disrespectful. I'm good enough to spend my money here but I can't use the bathroom ? Yeah , never have to worry about me going there ever again plus the inventory isn't what it used to be anyways. They hardly ever have any variety of shoes for kids and it's just been going down hill for a while tbh. I'm a pregnant woman with a toddler and was told the bathroom isn't for customers but here I was with a buggy full of items and I left that buggy right there. Do better cititrends .
- DGDVR GoodsNov 16, 20245.0Leila is the sweetest person you could ever meet. She is a prime example of what a customer service rep should be like. I am not sure if she is a manager or assistant manager etc....If she isn't a manager etc...she certainly deserves to be. She is very knowledgeable of the clothing items, sales, non sale items as well as she is very attentive to the customers needs without being over bearing. She always has a smile on her face and a kind word to say. Whenever you leave the store and she is there, you feel as though you were "wanted" as a customer. This means a great deal when you spend your money in any establishment. I certainly hope that she brightens others day as she always does mine and several others who I have told about her. I make it a point to tell others where I receive good customer service and who the person is who gives it to me. I will return because of her.
