  I had a bad experience - been coming for years! Never an issue. My , 7 years old was just trying to reach for a little toy! In case of saying, Hi, may I help! You are at work! Keisha , the lady with locks on her hair and head phone yelled at my daughter. When I reached out to her , I explained to her she hurt my my child feeling and my child started crying’ the employee said “ I DONT CARE- so rude . Lacking customer service skills - this store is in need of new employees ..

  Very poor customer service. The manager on duty was very rude. She had an attitude the whole time I was checking out, got mad because I asked for someone who was over her to override a sale. I was just in there yesterday on my lunch break and made a purchase, I came back with the receipt, with the tags still attached to the item, which had not even been worn yet, and all I wanted to do was see if they had a medium. The girl fussed at me saying she couldn’t exchange it because it was a bodysuit type outfit. I looked at the return policy and it is not stated that they only accept certain items back so I didn’t see what the issue was. If this is so, they need an updated return policy for customers to be aware of. They also need to hire more professional people for their customer service because the workers they have now are very unprofessional, rude, and definitely confrontational. This was at the Murfreesboro location off Martin Luther King Dr. I wish I would have got the managers name but I’m so glad the other lady on duty was able to help me out.

  It was clean and organized. They actually had a good selection of different clothing items because sometimes they do not. It was not busy at all so peaceful

  Everyone that works at this store is slow! From the manager to the employees! I definitely want be back! If you’re the owner of this store front, you need to fire the manager! Like wow! Disgusting.. two caucasian women walked in the store and the friend of the manager was being very disrespectful and the manager allowed it! The lady left the store and came back, parked in front of the store yelling through the store that “she got hands” .. the manager just laughed loudly! And followed the customer/friend out the door and stood at her car and talked to the customer.
