The store at 5055 Austell Rd is sweltering hot. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING! And it's not temporary, it's been this way all year! I feel sick after being in there only a short time. But what about the employees that have to work in that all day? They are visibly sweating. This is a terrible, miserable working environment and CitiTrends should be ASHAMED.
Fix the AC immediately and you should give any employee that has worked through this and didn't just walk out and leave you high and dry a substantial raise. They are in there being friendly and helpful while in abhorrent working conditions. I'd quit with no notice.

Why would you have employees working and customers coming in a store with No Air? I will contact employee rights association. This makes no sense!
To walk in this store and feel the heat. It feels like the heater is on. This is not legal and a health issue for those with asthma! I will contact the Equal Opportunity employment agency and complain.
I had to mark 1 star to even get to make this complaint comment! Rest assured this will go viral when I print it. Why would your air not work for 2 years. Stop being cheap and fix the damn ac! I will call Atlanta commissioner tomorrow and proceed with my complaints!

This Store's AC is broken and it's been broken for weeks. What kind of mess is that? How can you have a great shopping experience? They have the workers in a sweatshop to have a heat stroke. This type of treatment is terrible for the workers and shoppers. I called the number and no answer. Why would this store even be open? I am disappointed and the workers told me it's been broken for weeks. From owner and to district manager should be evaluated and fired.
