The employees are rude and unhelpful. It took about 5 minutes to find any employees in the store. The employee that was working and the supervisor they called to ask questions were not helpful at all. Would not recommend it as a place to spend your money in.

Service was bad, people walking around but not asking to help you.

The fact that Citi trend has layaway is a superduper plus for me. I like their little ghetto clothes and make a special trip there. And they have one of the staff members of black girl in the front. She was really cooling down the Earth and the younger Mexican girl was to. They were very helpful.

I just bought 3 sets of clothing for my daughter, and 1 pair of shoes. After I purchased my items I didn’t realize that I bought the wrong size for shoes, so I immediately went back to look for the rep who originally helped me with my purchase from before. After I couldn’t find her I found another rep to help me in which she was already by the shoe area. I told her I needed to exchange the exact same shoes just ima different size, she ended up helping me and that was that. But as I’m walking out the African American rep said in a rude tone, “did you exchange those”? Mind you this same lady saw me the first time and she saw me go in there again to exchange, so I said to her, “yes I did” she said to me in a rude manner, “Why didn’t you tell anybody” and I said, “I did tell someone, I told the lady in the back” and she said mhm and walked away.. do better.
